Building Connections to Improve Health

At the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app College of Graduate Nursing, we make a difference in the lives of students, patients, individuals, and communities locally and worldwide. We provide the knowledge and the one-on-one patient care to improve the health in the communities we serve. Our approach to patient care and putting the patient first grounds us in our commitment to humanism.

In this publication, we explore exciting enhancements to our MSN-Entry program, announce new DNP program specialties, look into the future of nurse education and training, follow our students’ journeys in scholarship, emergency nursing, and global health initiatives, as well as highlight our scholarship recipients.

Commitment to the Community

The College of Graduate Nursing collaborates with many organizations and institutions to improve access to coordinated care locally and globally. CGN is committed to creating efficient pipelines to increase the number of healthcare professionals in underserved areas, increase the diversity in nursing profession and expand clinical partnerships in RN shortage areas. Faculty, students and Alumni make it a priority to be agents of change and to promote a culture of health through community engagement. Here, CGN works with College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific students to administer COVID-19 vaccinations to the community.
